More than a logo, a symbol
One of the main requests by E. Torralba was to incorporate the founder’s initials into the design. T&G Consultores is a family business ultimately, however, a high-professional-team vibe should define the brand. During the discovery phase, a monogram came to our discussion since these symbols can communicate unity, elegance, and reliability.
Experimenting with the concepts and images was key to create the appropriate roadmap to develop the brand. The values, goals, and objectives were clear. The rest, create the symbol. After many drafts we got a collection of refined sketches (image above).
The result, better than imagined
Another key point in this project is that we try to stay away as much as possible to the traditional “finance” “money” or any “accounting” cliche. Most of them, dominated by a cold-blue hue color palette. The mood-board put together defined the style as something modern and simple but traditionalist –a hard in between– so going against all odds, we went with a bold combination of red, black and grays. A serious yet fresh palette. The result, a beautiful monogram that our client and the audience, feel aligns with all the communication requirements previously discussed.
